I’M NOT AN EXPERT (so I can’t)

I’m not good enough, I don’t know enough, who am I to teach this thing?
Sound familiar?

When putting ourselves ”out there” being a self-brand, personal brand, coach, creative … we are selling something.
And putting our things OUT THERE the negative Nancy thoughts, the self-doubt, the confidence crisis kicks in and those thoughts:

”I’m not an expert”
”It’s not worth the $$$”
”Not in-depth enough”
”It’s not good enough”

Like, right now I am launching the #EasyPeasyPodcast course and when I think about selling this course.
A little bit of doubt can pop up.
Like I’m not an expert.

❌ Because I’m not a podcast expert, right.
I don’t talk, teach, promote podcast as my niche or my THING.
That I don’t know everything about podcasts and podcasting (I don’t).

BUT, here is what I know to be 💯% true.
I know a little bit more than the average person.
(I have -had – 2 other podcasts and this will be my 3rd.)

That yes, I don’t know WHAT is hosting, so I’m not going to teach that. AT ALL.
I teach that 1.) you need hosting 2.) this is the hosting I’m using + why
I’m not going to be the person teaching you the TECHY shit.
(Other than saying, this is what I do and it works.)

That my course won’t be as in-depth as a $300 course.
That is why I am 1/10 the price! (10% of the price).
Shit, if you want more in-depth get the $300 or $500 course!
That is the point.
My course EARLY-ADOPTERS price is $33US. And it won’t be as in-depth.
(And you still get the steps, looking over my shoulder, and see me go from podcast IDEA to DONE in 1 day!)

It’s not techy. It’s not the theory.
It’s practical.
Simple.
DIY.
Barely any cost (with no cost options) to having a LIVE podcast.

I know a little bit more than the average person.

And I bet you do too.

You don’t need to know ALL the things.
Just some things.
